Yes. If your client's needs match an existing Japan Awaits product, direct booking is usually the fastest and simplest option.

Is there a consultation fee for custom Single-Day Tours?

No. Custom Single-Day Tour requests do not require the ¥2,500 consultation fee.

When does the ¥2,500 consultation fee apply?

The ¥2,500 non-refundable consultation fee applies to custom Multi-Day Tour planning that requires itinerary consultation, quotation preparation, and broader operational coordination.

Yes. Japan Awaits can review requests across Japan. Final feasibility depends on location, timing, guide availability, transportation, seasonality, and operational requirements.

How quickly can approved partner agencies receive a quotation?

Approved partners can receive quotations within 24 hours for complete requests received Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM Japan Time. Requests received outside these hours, or requests requiring additional information, may take longer.
